south harbour is located in the heart of pensacola beach, with-in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and across the parking lot from the gulf of mexico beautiful white sand beach. enjoy beautiful sunsets from your spacious balcony with views of the gulf of mexico and the santa rosa sound. located on little sabine bay, in the center of the island. from your private balcony on the 3rd floor, you have a panoramic view of the emerald blue-green gulf, the passing of ships in the sound and the incoming and outgoing of boats in the sabine. this beautifully decorated south harbour unit includes all the comforts of home. the condo is completely furnished and includes a sofa bed, tv in the living area. the master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a private bath. the second bedroom also has a full size bed. a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen. there is a elevator and private car park. there is a toll-bridge to get to the beach it costs $1- for one way, the way back is free.watch the blue angels practice over the beach on certain dates. enjoy the bushwacker music festival in august. many free concerts on the beach and downtown pensacola. every thursday during the summer months enjoy picnic in the park downtown with great live music. great golf courses near by. please see more activities on http://www.visitpensacola.com/area.asp please note due to hurricane ivan the pool is closed under repair, there are also repairs being completed to the outside walls. a special signed release statement is required to rent condo while under repairs.
